CHICKEN WINGS, THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY

We are good to go until Friday...everything looked fine.

The only "problem" is that the nurse who came in to follow up with the non-stress test was the very same nurse who treated me so horribly when Matthew was in the hospital two years ago. When she walked out of the room Gary said, "What's wrong? Something is wrong!" I guess that's how strong my non-verbal reaction to her was! She didn't treat me badly today, but just being near her was so negative that I hope it doesn't cloud my ability to go there when the time comes. Sigh.

The other thing that I'm not liking, is that when ever someone finds out that I am 42 weeks pregnant they always say, "Who is your doctor!?!?!" I feel like I am giving her a bad reputation by being overdue.

The good news is that Gary was hungry so in between the ultrasound and non-stress test we went to the cafeteria. Gary had yummy French onion soup and I had some chicken wings. They were so delicious and really hit the spot. Mmm.
