GO READ THIS ARTCLE AND SEE THAT I'M NOT JUST A BIG WHINNER!

I just found this older article. The last half spells out my frustrations, but makes me more frustrated because it's a national issue and such a huge one that I can't pretend that it's just me or one caseworker. Sigh.
