Hello Blog of Mine! It seems I keep forgetting that you exist. Sorry about that. Considering that I have five children on whom I spend a great amount of energy NOT forgetting, I think I can forgive myself.
Yes, we are going to Las Vegas, Baby! I can hardly believe it. On one of my couponing sites someone mentioned that Southwest was having a 50% sale. The price to fly my entire family, all seven of us was about the price of a single ticket that last time that Gary had thought about going. So we booked it! Augh!
We had still been trying to figure out a way to head south, and were very close to making plans, but there was always something that we couldn't make fit into our plans. The idea of going to Vegas passed our lips, but we decided that it would triple our expenses to drive out. It never even occurred to us to fly! With hotel and flight we are into this trip for less than we would be to drive south. Unreal.
We are all so excited. There is so much to see and do. I'm sure that we won't be able to do it all, so I'm trying to make a list and prioritize. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment.

OH MY GOD! I just checked Southwest, too, and it's SO CHEAP! I want to go somewhere! Where should I go? I mean I'd bring the family too.
You should not be tempting your readers who are trying to SAVE money with dirt cheap plane tickets! Fortunately, the tickets to Florida are not on the cheapest end, and that's the only place I want to go. Hope you have lots of fun with your family!
